Excellent response for Dürkopp Adler on CISMA 2013
Focus on sewing automation hits the mark
"This was a great start!", says Dietrich Eickhoff, CEO of Dürkopp Adler AG after the first day
of CISMA 2013. The biggest german industrial sewing machine manufacturer got a very good positive
feedback from the visitors to its broad and innovative exhibition program with focus on sewing
automation in this year.
Most wanted were the first machine in the world with self-learning grading software for sleeve
setting and the new heavy H-Type industrial sewing machine which has opened a new dimension for
sewing heaviest materials.
But also other impressive solutions to increase productivity were visited very well, like the
automation of collars and cuffs with class 971 or the automation of trousers production with the
own brand Beisler.
On this year´s CISMA, Dürkopp Adler is part of the presentation of its mother company, the
Shanggong Group, the new "power house" for industrial sewing, welding and roboting. The chinese
sewing machine manufacturer presents all its brands "under one roof", from Dürkopp Adler and
Beisler over Pfaff and KSL to the Butterfly household sewing machines and underlines its claim as
the technology leader in this segemnt.
