Change of legal form to Dürkopp Adler GmbH

We have strengthened our company during the COVID crisis and are pleased to present you new innovative products, which will generate significant productivity improvements for you. We have also aligned the company structures to the future.

We are pleased to inform you today, that Dürkopp Adler AG has been transformed into Dürkopp Adler GmbH. This change of legal form does not result in any consequences for our businesspartners.

All agreements, terms of delivery and contracts concluded between you and Dürkopp Adler AG remain in force unchanged and will be reliably fulfilled by Dürkopp Adler GmbH as your contractual partner as always.
