Start into working life 2018

As a tradition our new trainees as well as those of the cooperating companies were welcomed by the entire managing board, the personnel manager (left), the instruction masters and the training manager (right) of Dürkopp Adler AG on the first day of their vocational training.

Their training professions are industrial mechanic, mechantronics engineer and cutting machine operator. The normal time of apprenticeship is 3.5 years. Initially the trainees complete vocation-specific basic courses followed by further specialist courses and the exam preparations during the training period.

Dietrich Eickhoff, Michael Kilian and Haixiang Fang from the managing board, the personnel manager Thomas Vogel, the instruction masters Andreas Bork and Jens Grabe as well as the training manager Jürgen Seidler wish the trainees good luck and much success for the start into their working life.
