General Meeting of Dürkopp Adler

The Annual General Meeting of Dürkopp Adler AG was held in the information centre in Bielefeld, Potsdamer Straße 190, on Wednesday, June 29 ^th, 2016. Michael Kilian, spokesman of the Managing Board, presented a positive picture of the previous financial year 2015 and answered the questions of the shareholders. Following his speech the General Meeting decided on the appropriation of the net profit, the discharge of the members of the Managing and Supervisory Board, the election of the annual auditor as well as the election of Supervisory Board members. The shareholders were very satisfied with the past fiscal year as well as with the dividend of 0.50 EUR per share proposed by the Managing Board and the Supervisory Board.
