Dürkopp Adler at the CISMA 2015 - On the way to the top

Once again Dürkopp Adler AG presented itself successfully at the CISMA in Shanghai on a joint booth together with Beisler, Pfaff Industrial as well as KSL.

On an exhibition area larger than 1014 m² the Asian visitors were able to convince themselves of more than 80 products of the segments automotive, jeans, technical textiles, garment, leather, home upholstery and robot technology. The technological leadership was impressively demonstrated.

Especially the cuff robot, a joint development of Dürkopp Adler and KSL,

astonished the numerous visitors. This innovation is a robotic sewing unit which produces shirt cuffs fully automatically – a technology setting new standards in the automated textile manufacture. It shortens production cycles and significantly increases the productivity and quality.

Another highlight were without any doubt the M-TYPE 867-M and the 868-M PREMIUM. This new and innovative interpretation of the successful M-TYPE series represents the new production technology under the headline „Industry 4.0“.

Via M2M, a digital networking / communication from machine to machine, messages are directly sent to a defined E-mail address or to a mobile phone connection by means of cloud technology. The M2M connection provides machine data, operating data, productivity evaluations and supports service measures.

The fastest eyelet buttonholers of the world, the 581 series, convinced by the control technology DAC Comfort enabling networking with the M2M technology.

In view of the 50 ^th anniversary of our parent company, the Shanggong group, the trade fair CISMA was a very special event for our enterprise. „We will continue to grow“, says Dietrich Eickhoff, spokesman of the managing board of Dürkopp Adler AG and Managing Director of Shanggong Europe.

For Mr. Zhang Min, Chairman & CEO of Shang Gong Group Co. Ltd., it was an honour to celebrate this significant moment with the business friends, customers and employees of tne SGG group on the occasion of a gala dinner. Some staff members – among them also employees of Dürkopp Adler AG : Mr. Artur Kitta (Segment Manager Garment), Mr. Bernhard Bockrath (Manager Disposition), Mr. Christoph Heckner (Team Manager Research) and Mr. Georg Pelizaeus (Technical coordinator of foreign plants), of Minerva Boskovice : Mrs. Romana Spackova, Mr. Frantisek Hrda and Mr. Lubomir Dufek, of DARO : Mr. Helmut Reddig and Mr. Lon Barlean – were honoured for their excellent achievements within the group.

Not least because of its technologically well-positioned products and its know-how the SGG Group has become a pioneer of this industry in recent years and is clearly on the way to the top.
