On 31.07.2013 KSL Keilmann Group, Lorsch has been officially taken over by ShangGong (Europe) Holding Corp. GmbH, Bielefeld. Just 3 months earlier, on 28. March 2013, the European holding of the ShangGong Group acquired 100 percent of the shares of PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen AG in Kaiserslautern.Under the roof of the Keilmann Group, with around 100 employees and distribution partners around the world, the 3 companies KSL, KSA and KSE are united.In addition to the special machines for processing composite materials and all types of technical textiles (KSL Keilmann Sondermaschinenbau GmbH) and the activity in the field of sewing technology with specialization in mattress manufacturing (KSA GmbH & Co. KG), KSE GmbH is acting as an international sales organization for KSL Sondermaschinenbau GmbH. This means another milestone in the company's development of the ShangGong Group has taken place; now the companies Duerkopp Adler, Pfaff Industrial and KSL are acting together.The way for innovative leadership in the field of industrial sewing, welding and automation technology has successfully pathed by ShangGong Europe and so from now, it plays a leading role in the market.
