Oct 14, 2020:

New apprentices at Dürkopp Adler

The board of directors, HR managers and the training department have marked the start of the 2020 training year by welcoming 18 new apprentices at our site in Bielefeld, including 11 young people from external firms such as Dürkopp Fördertechnik and Mitsubishi.

During their training as part of various apprenticeships and work-and-study programmes, they will be guided and supported by Markus Leitloff, Head of Apprenticeships / HR Development, and other members of staff. The expert in staff and manager development, who has been with Dürkopp Adler since 1 January 2018, has a very clear goal: “I want to make sure young people can continue to enjoy a really high level of classic training at Dürkopp Adler as industrial mechanics, mechatronics engineers and cutting machine operators. We will be extending our cooperation with external firms, universities and technical colleges in the local area, so that our company remains fit for the future. This includes joint projects, work-and-study programmes, internships and positions for student trainees”.

Dürkopp Adler is pleased to welcome the newest members of the team – we hope all our apprentices make a good start to their careers.
