Dürkopp Adler in future relies on digital tools and technologies to give customers the best and fastest support possible. Michel Boecker, new Head of Customer Care Center, is therefore presenting the new augmented support by Dürkopp Adler.
Augmented support gives local technicians the possibility to connect to a Dürkopp Adler service employee via smartglasses, tablet or smartphone. By app or Browser and integrated camera device, a DA technician can give remote assistance and instructions. Augmented Support features such as pointing, drawing tools and screenshots to guarantee an optimal remote support. Also in times of limited travel opportunities due to the Corona epidemic Dürkopp Adler is always there for its customers. For its 160-year anniversary, Dürkopp Adler is offering 160 licenses free of charge for a one-time service operation. Interested customers can directly contact the Customer Care Center for a free trial of the service.
Michel Boecker is in charge of the service team of Dürkopp Adler since December 2019. The 27-years-old started his career at Dürkopp Adler as a mechatronic engineer in 2010 and, since then, continuously developed. He spend two years at DAP America followed by his certification as a Bachelor Professional of Mechatronics. Due to his career as well as his outstanding personality, Michel Boecker qualifies for one of the key positions at Dürkopp Adler. Together with his team, he achieves the high service quality in the market and is fostering innovations. The newly presented augmented support by Dürkopp Adler marks the next one in service.
