Merger of Dürkopp Adler AG into its mother company DAP Industrial AG
DAP Industrial, AG, mother company of Dürkopp Adler AG in Bielefeld and Pfaff Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH in Kaiserslautern, has a new organization. With a clear company structure, we want to communicate even better and faster with our customers and distribution partners and support them in the best possible way in international competition.
Therefore, on July 16, 2018, Dürkopp Adler AG has merged with its mother company DAP Industrial AG. DAP Industrial AG is the legal successor of Dürkopp Adler AG and enters into all rights and duties of Dürkopp Adler AG.
Pfaff Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH will continue as a subsidiary of DAP Industrial AG.
After the merger, DAP Industrial AG will be renamed into Dürkopp Adler AG very soon in a second step. We will inform you about the date of this name Change.
